How long does it take to get my order?

We don’t mass produce. Every item is made just for you. You can typically expect to receive your order in 5-10 business days. This includes:

  • Processing: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping: 5–10 business days (may be longer if you live off the grid—Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.)

Need it faster? Email us before ordering. We’ve got options. They’re just not on the site, because we enjoy mystery. And keep in mind that shipping speeds may vary due to external factors such as holiday periods or courier delays.


Will I get tracking info?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking. If you don’t see it after 5 business days, check your spam folder—or just email us at info@cynicalbydesign.com. We’ll handle it.


What if my stuff arrives messed up?

If your item shows up with a printing error, wrong size, incorrect design, weird defect, or looks like it lost a fight in transit, we’ll fix it. You’ve got 30 days to let us know. Just email info@cynicalbydesign.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short rant (description works too)
  • Pics of the issue (please, no blurry horror shots)

We’ll get back to you fast—because we hate broken things too.


How do I request a refund or replacement?

Easy. Just email info@cynicalbydesign.com with:

  • Your order number
  • What went wrong
  • Photos if it’s something visual

If it’s our screw-up, we’ll make it right. If it’s not... we’ll still talk.


What’s the deal with shipping costs?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you’re buying and where you live. No surprises. Just the usual capitalism.


My package is MIA. Now what?

If your package vanished into the void:

  • First, check the tracking link.
  • If that fails, email us.
  • If you bought shipping protection, we’ll reship it—free.

Didn’t get protection? We’ll still try to help, but if the courier says “customer error,” you’ll need to cover re-shipping. (Yes, we wish we were making that up.)
